Yes. Parsing happens in your browser - the original file is never uploaded. The extracted text is sent to GPX and to our AI provider (OpenAI) over TLS solely to generate your matches. GPX does not retain the extracted text. Nothing is ever shared with any counterparty.

No. GPX drafts tailored outreach for each match but never sends anything on your behalf. You stay in control of when, and to whom, any approach goes.

Credits meter reveal and enrichment actions on a per-contact basis, not per organisation. Evaluating a project, the masked preview and the ranked match are free. Opening one institution - profile, appetite, fit rationale and one key contact - costs 1 credit. Each additional named contact you reveal is 1 credit; a direct dial or phone, if available, is 2 credits; enriching a contact is 1 credit; exporting a contact you have not yet revealed is 1 credit. Re-accessing or exporting a contact you already revealed is free, and warm paths, outreach drafts, sequences, pipeline and the AI-drafted LP-outreach memo are all free. Credits are only charged when the data is delivered. If a contact, email or direct number is not available, no credit is consumed. The same rules apply on Teaser, Shortlist, Roadshow and Mandate - the tiers differ only in the monthly allowance (10, 300, 800 and 2,500). Advisory is managed with a custom pool. Yes. You can mark organisations as in-flight, exclude them from results, or upload a private list to enrich and score against your brief.

GPX is the engine. For sponsors and managers who want more than software, GreenPeak takes on a small number of advisory mandates each year, using the same intelligence to run your raise with you, under your brand, from positioning to first meetings. All data is hosted in EU regions, encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR-compliant and never sell user data. If you upload your LinkedIn connections to power warm-introduction paths, that network is private to your account, used only to surface routes to you, and you can purge it from your account at any time. We provide a full data-export and deletion path on request.

GPX is a digital subscription with a free Teaser tier, so you can evaluate the platform end to end, across debt and equity, before you pay. Because access and credits are delivered instantly and are consumed as you reveal organisations, subscription fees and used credits are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account; your access continues to the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. If a charge looks wrong or you believe you were billed in error, email us at as@greenpeakmgmt.com and we will make it right.
