From one document to a credible approach

The hardest part of any capital raise is the start: who should you talk to, and what should you say. GPX replaces that blank-page moment with a structured, scored shortlist generated from a single document.

Drop a teaser, investment memorandum, term sheet, or even a one-line brief into GPX. The platform parses the document client-side — nothing is sent or stored — and extracts the key dimensions: asset type, sector, geography, capital stack, stage, ticket size, and structure. That parsing turns an unstructured document into a structured query.

The query is then matched against GPX's live dataset: 2,592 lenders scored on 7,496 appetite rules, and 37,383 investors matched semantically. The output is not a list of names. It is a ranked shortlist with a mandate-fit score for each match, the specific factors driving that score, and the route in — named credit officers, recent comparable deals, and existing relationships.

The result is a credible approach in minutes rather than weeks. Instead of researching lenders manually, you open a match brief and see exactly why each lender fits, what they have done recently, and who to contact. The outreach is tailored from the first email, not generic.
